Since Dec, 2019 David has focused on helping leaders implement what he calls (un)Common SenseTM Leadership. He shares a simple framework you can draw on a napkin, that allows each of us to lead and influence others with genuine humanity, no matter our role or title.

The result? Higher performance, innovation, collaboration, retention and importantly, well-being for leaders and their teams.

David is a no-stress presenter clients love working with. He brings a relatable, human approach to his ideas and guides people to identify frictionless daily practices they can use immediately after the session.

Lead With (un)Common Sense

Great leadership isn't some great mystery. It's common sense. So why are truly great leaders so rare? Because common sense isn't common practice. It's easy to let the things we know we should do as leaders take a back seat when we feel the pressure and stress of daily operations. David helps leaders take the things they know and turn them into things they actually do. The result is greater trust, higher performance and sustainable progress.

Make the culture you talk about the culture your people actually experience.
